• Forced Clustering: Section 4.0 dictates "compact development" to funnel residents into tightly packed urban zones, threatening our rural lifestyle.
• Vehicle Ownership Threats: Section 4.2 outlines aggressive "net-zero" mandates that critics warn will phase out gas and diesel vehicles on our massive rural island.
